Terms & Conditions for Canceling an Order:

After the customer places an order, Shop Home BD confirms the receipt of the order by providing an order number. The customer will receive an email and SMS confirming the online purchase, including information on the ordered goods, quantity, price, and order number. The customer's order will be considered accepted only after confirmation by Shop Home BD. For specific orders, Shop Home BD reserves the right to request additional information from the customer. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email regarding the required documents for final order confirmation. Shop Home BD also reserves the right to cancel an order if the customer fails to provide the necessary documents or if the provided documents are deemed inappropriate.


1. Customers can cancel their COD (Cash on Delivery) orders by calling our Helpline number  or emailing "info@shophomebd.com" within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the time of order placement.

i. The order will be considered cancelled, and no cancellation charges will apply if the product delivery process is in the pending status.

ii. If the order status is updated to "Delivery in Transit" or if the delivery has reached the customer's doorstep, cancelling the order will require payment of a cancellation charge. Customers must pay BDT 100 as an order cancellation charge in addition to the delivery charge for non-portable products.

iii. To cancel an online paid order, customers can call our customer care () or email "info@shophomebd.com" within 24 (twenty-four) hours after placing the order.

Note that if the order status is updated to "Delivery in Transit" or if the customer exceeds the 24-hour time limit, the "Refund" option will disappear, and the customer will not be able to cancel the order.


2. In all payment methods, after receiving the ordered product, "Order Cancellation," "Return," or "Refund" will not be applicable. Customers can only avail of warranties for specific products, and no other claims will be entertained by Shop Home BD. Any issues will be addressed according to warranty terms.


Terms & Conditions for Returning or Exchanging Ordered Products:


The ordered product will be considered eligible for return or exchange if it meets one or more of the following conditions:

1. If the ordered product reaches the customer in a damaged, spoiled, deformed, or incomplete condition.

2. If the customer does not receive all parts of the ordered product at the time of delivery.

3. If the ordered product is not identical to the customer's desired product.

4. If the ordered product does not reach the customer within the specified time.


If a customer wants to exchange or return an ordered product, certain conditions need to be fulfilled:


1. For return/exchange, the product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

2. All product components, including price tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories, must be kept intact.

3. The sold product must be returned in the original packaging or manufacturer's box.

4. For returning electronic products, all personal information (photos/videos/messages) should be removed/reset if there are any external transmissions (passwords/screen locks, etc.).

5. If any conditions are violated, Shop Home BD reserves the right to cancel the refund/exchange service for that specific product.


Reasons for Non-acceptance of Product Return:


1. If the product is not returned in the same condition as it was delivered.

2. If the product is physically damaged or if not all of the parts are available.

3. If the product is damaged due to reasons restricted in the warranty terms and conditions.


Refund Policy:


1. Refunding mobile wallet payments will take 10 to 15 working days as per the bank or payment gateway partner's policy.

2. Refund charges will be applicable and deducted according to the policy and gateway charges.

3. No extra charges will apply for mobile wallet refunds provided by Shop Home BD.

4. Refund charges will not be applicable if the ordered product is not delivered on time or if Walton Exclusive fails to complete the delivery for any reason.
